Didn't read the label closely enough before purchasing, so am now paying $6 to send this garbage back. It has titanium dioxide in it which is a known cancer-causing agent. Also causes lung inflammatiom, dna damage, and intestinal inflammation.

No fishy/ocean smells or anything. Works due to its effect on the thyroid-the iodine in kelp.
