Cord is heavy and thick and probably 12-15' long, with a flat plug on it so it easlily plugs in behind furniture. The cord is only 3ft long but for me i did not want a lot of cord since it was mounted near the benchtop.

The power strip is a black matte color, which i find attractive. The black color look stylish and elegant. There's a symbol next to it that is unfamiliar to me.

The power strip can charge both a usb-corded device or an ac plug. This is a nice feature because you can have all your computer items plugged into the strip and still have 4 additional ports for charging other items like cell phones.
