I worry about these things coming in feeling thin or flimsy, but this is very sturdy! My only criticism is the very thin and cheap plastic which worries me about longevity of the tower itself.

If you buy it and it dies quickly, return it asap. The materials of which it was constructed appear to be durable, but do not function.

Only 3 out of 12 outlets used & 1 usb port out of 10. Only 3 of the usb plugs work. There's no on and off switch to the ports like there's the power plugs. The current draw is nowhere near the limit for this surge protector.

My nightmare tangle recharging station is neat and tangle free! The design & layout is great.

Anything plugged in that has a large adapter plug takes the space of 2 outlets. This is now the third one i've purchased (2 of the 12 outlet, and this 18 outlet one) for use, replacing my older surge suppressors.
