Not a deal breaker. The quality of the product is exceptional. We love how slim this is!

The plug is a great idea, but the design is a bit flawed if you have a slightly larger plug. The screw that comes with the time is not long enough to lock the outlet in place so every time you unplug a cord you pull the whole thing out of the wall.
