Great phone, easy to use, very dependable, awesome batt life. Nice and loud; even has an outdoor mode that makes it even louder for hearing impaired. Very impressed with the detailed packaging.
Constantly had to reboot just to call out and receive calls. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail until i reboot the phone. The phone is not durable.
This is a 4g phone, as advertised. The incoming call ring is week. She likes the phone fine just wishes the ring was louder.
