The small is perfect on me, no slipping around because of too much excess space. It fits well and helps me to be more accurate in whatever i do.

The gloves are well ventilated and padded for comfortable lifting. I use it with a neoprene pad just because my left hand is so sensitive. I wish these gloves were just a little longer in the fingers to cushion the back of the knuckle fold!

Gloves are comfortable but not durable. The wrists have these wrap round velcro straps which are completely uneccessary.
