Using the telescoping pole helps as the plants grow. I have new growth and my baby tomatoes are growing well with this light. They grow in just about every condition.

Doesn't create excessive heat. The light also looks very pleasant to the eyes. Although, i’d rather be back in texas with natural sunny skies.

This light is by far the brightest plant light we own. Lights up the whole room like direct sunlight! Excellent lighting for the size.
