The non-stick coating works great and there is very little clean-up. The ability to resist food sticking to them is almost uncanny. They have a nice coating which is good to prevent sticking and for heat distribution.

The curved bottoms on these are ingenious and so practical! My stove is old, but cooked sausage patties as directed on package and the timing was spot on. The rounded bottoms are great for stirring.

These are no flimsy pots, and neither are the lids. The lids are glass with metal rims that fit very snug on the pots. Lids are nice and clear though they don't have vent holes.

Heavy duty/durable. There was no bending, warping or wobbling from the handle when picked-up. Lid touches flush with the lip of the pan.

In some ways, they cook things better, and retain heat longer (if that's what you want--sometimes you want them to cool down quicker) they are easy to clean and distribute heat well. They heat evenly and even cleaning them is very easy.

The 10 must be bowed on the bottom. They are the most shallow pans i've ever owned by far. Maybe my manual dexterity is not the best, but for me everything just spills over the side.

It's simple, but durable and should last my large family forever. All the reviews are right they’re fantastic and exceeded my expectations. It's sturdy and non-stick.

The laser etched non-stick surface is far better than any other that i’ve used. It browns my food really well and is mostly non stick. Being able to use metal utensils is a huge plus.

The pan has very good weight with the thickness of the pan. It's such a nice heavy pan and it’s made extremely well. I am planning to slowly replace my entire collection as i can afford it.

Go ceramic or get the ninja non stick set. It’s all hype, endorsed by ramsey. I m not sure how to claim and let them know they are falsely advertising.
