It is not very loud and it grinds the coffee beans to perfection. It's easy to dispense the coffee. Easy to use for course or fine grinding.

This grinder has a simple design in the canister and lid, so by design it doesn't let your precious grounds be wasted. It also has a clear lid that you could see through, which helps you see the size of what you are grinding.

If you haven't purchased the warranty, there is no way to fix it. All you can do is pollute the environment by throwing it in a landfill. It didn't even work straight out of the packaging!

The blade is too high off the bottom of the cup. Im no longer sure who would win in a fight between a coffee bean and a sharp metal blade. Save yourself and get a different grinder.
