It's closer to opaque than transparent. Not durable not strong. That’s how cheap it is.
Dust guard around the hangers is very good. Could leave clothing on hangers for moving. Use to pack for moving and to help keep dust and order free. Using to keep blazers and jackets clean in my closet.
It is not worth the price to have half of the order be unusable. I do not recommend these for storing & retrieving clothes.
