Organic india tulsi has a calming effect that helps with anxiety. It is just as effective as the xanax/ambien combo for me. These are the only herbal products i have found that give me relief from stress.

The capsules are not as advertised. They are not softgels but powder filled capsules and no enteric coating. These are powdered capsules. There was no oil in these capsules.
