This is the second brand of ashwagandha i've tried. It's stronger than the first brand, so i started with one pill per day instead of the recommended 4. Nice products, flavor is really good. This product works as advertised.

The green is so potent that i had to start with 1/2 teaspoon and work my way up. The powder is super * by itself, but when mixed with orange juice it is delicious. Comes with a smoothie cup that can go on the blade.

The green formula (along with the vitamin c) is the best product ever. It's organic and has no fillers. They are clean and sourced from all over the world. Includes chlorella & moringa!

And the price is ridiculous. Gave this about a month and nothing good to report.
