Zipping up the boot and then lacing it up right after is kinda annoying. I only wish the laces stayed laced when you took the boots off. Needs insoles, but very nice boots.
The heel was the perfect height to elevate my look without making me feel too tall. True to size, very comfortable, has good cushion inside. The strap is perfect size and adjustable.

The description is not correct and should reflect the sizing. The material is unforgiving and painful and not worth squeezing into and breaking in.
Both shoes have noisy heels so when walking on tile or wood not good. The toe area is small. This shoe is very tight at the toes and digs in the back of your ankle.
