Zipping up the boot and then lacing it up right after is kinda annoying. I only wish the laces stayed laced when you took the boots off. Needs insoles, but very nice boots.

The heel was the perfect height to elevate my look without making me feel too tall. True to size, very comfortable, has good cushion inside. The strap is perfect size and adjustable.

The shoe fits as it's supposed to, but the material is very harsh and rough feeling, cutting into the foot very uncomfortably. Hate this purchase and will never buy from this company again.

These fit well, good length (finally). Nice padded insole. My only complaint is the inside liner crinkles up when you wear them.

Would have liked a thinner heel. Could have used a wider width. They are very cute and stylish if you're looking for a low heel!

This shoe fits much narrower and i could easily have gone with a 9. The description is not correct and should reflect the sizing. The toe area is small.

How is that possible? Return window is closed, and i cannot even exchange them. Sending them back today. Right side worse than left.
