This product is not that great. Let it sit over night and it still cracked. Crumbles in water and clouds entire tank. I let my reef drying for 24 hours to have better results.

Found a leak in the old canister filter. Tested the water two days later and there was no ammonia and no nitrite. I use a 330 gallon ibc tote for my water changes.

The complaints about this product seem to be because users expect their aquarium to cycle in a week. Definitely recommend to accelerate the process. Only complaint is that it takes longer than expected.

Oz bottle is way to expensive. I have no idea if it’s effective. It says so on the back in fine print!

If your nitrifying bacteria aren't in a bottle/pouch that needs to be refrigerated, they're probably just worthless dead bacteria. I switched to a different product that i know has live bacteria in it as it smells something awful.
