Been using leucine for 35 yrs. It works does as chemical literature describes l-leucine benefits. Sometimes it's hard to tell whether a supplement is working.

The way i do it is i grab a whole scoop(which is the serving size) and do the mouthwash technique with it. Unlike other products this mixes in water instead of floating.
