Pros and Cons
Pros4

Great product just beware the taste is not very good but it’s still bearable. Packaged well and from a reliable brand.

Great for getting pumped for a evening workout regardless. Felt sharper and had more energy for workouts. I'm not big on stimulants so this makes for a great way to upgrade the less intense pre-workouts.

L-citrulline is a vasodilator and releases nitric oxide in the body. The other form of this supplement is l-citruline mallate, which is l citrullin with malic acid added to it.

It mixes well with any juice, or with the fizzy vitamin c drink. Ground so fine there's no grit left in the cup. Tasteless, great for mixing your own pre-workout.

Pros2

The label has a pearlescent effect to it and the lid is rubberized. I also take 1 super b complex as i have read that helps with enhancing the effects. Just hoping the quality is not compromised.

This definitely treats my tardive dyskinesia. It's not a cure but it helps. What i do find is that it seems to stabilize mood--particularly any down-swings.

Cons1

It’s a bummer because lots of people said good things about it. I suspect this manufacturer is cutting their product with fillers, or they are substituting placebo capsules for some percentage of the capsules in each bottle. Just be cautious.
