Tried this on a recommendation from a friend. I love it sooooo much! The quality is outstanding. This brand is good value for low amount of money.

I like l-theanine because it helps keep me less anxious, but doesn't feel like i'm sedated or having brain fog. Theanine helps me get back to sleep if i awaken, which it causes to be reduced anyway. It helps me dream more and feel more rested.
