In description it only has the main ingredient l-theanine, gelatin and rice flower. When product arrived, it says it also contains magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.

This mct oil not only checks all the boxes, it exceeds expectations. It delivers exactly that. However, considering the quality and benefits it offers, i believe it's worth every penny.

The flavor is rich and smooth, and it adds the perfect touch of coconut goodness to my morning coffee or smoothies. This is great to put in your coffee. While eating clean, it just adds a richness to the flavor.

I love how it converts to energy. It truly fuels both my brain and body. It's great for enhancing brain power and overall cognitive function.

The only improvements i would suggest are more serving options and eco-friendly packaging. I have a minor problem with how it squirts from the bottle.

The dispenser squirts way too much. The cap design on the bottle is atrocious. You tip the bottle to pour into the spoon, and nothing happens. No yogurt drink. It has a squirt top which is way too powerful.
