The itching never goes away, you just get used to it. It's (nearly) tasteless and dissolves well with various drinks. Add some zero sugar flavored sweetener.

Beta-alanine works well when combined with citrulline and caffeine. I make my own pre-workout and this a good ingredient to add. It’s not just help me to feel energized but a lot of more resistente in my workout!

Nc claims gmp certification is nonsense, but i sincerely have my doubts.

The powder is grainy and turns into chunks. The product makes me extremely nauseous. Just this crazy itching.

The flavor is really mild and does not conflict with the flavor of other ingredients. I usually use blueberries and another fruit, and since this product is not flavored, i find the fruit flavors come out just fine.

This product is not from ca. It says it's a pea protein isolate. Pea protein generally has the faint taste and odor of peas.
