Beta alanine gives you the beast mode energy needed. One dose works well with my 1-2 hour weightlifting workouts. I add it to my preworkout on days that i weight train.

This beta-alanine formulation makes your skin tingle. I also use this for aquagenic pruritis. Gives a spark of energy due to itchiness but i love the itch and gets me going everytime.

The compound mixes well, dissolving fairly easily with minimal agitation. Usually i mix it w/ berry flavored electrolyte or other preworkout powders.

Nc claims gmp certification is nonsense, but i sincerely have my doubts. Powder is grainy and turns into chunks.

Theres far too many suppliers for that fraudulent behavior. Poor quality control. Maybe at an actual store retailer quality would've been different. Would not recommend.
