Great hydration during intense workouts, and no unwanted issues like bloat or cramps. One scoop fills up my entire blender bottle. It mixes smoothly and the flavor is great!

It contains bcaa & eaa's, taurine for heart performance, choline/gpc. Huperzine for mental endurance and ashwaganda as an adaptogen.

I drink this, workout then study and feel motivated and on fire. I feel well hydrated and my energy level is up. Good for recovery. I keep some caffeine tabs handy.

After 7 days of use, the touted benefits are yet tbd. The worst aspect is there is residual (something) powder that remains floating on the top of water.

These do exactly what they're supposed to do. They have a very calming effect over me. It also helps with anxiety during the next day and has many medicinal qualities, such as supporting alzheimer's. Also improves my mood and gives me a sense of joy.
