Some people only need to take one and they’re relaxing peacefully throughout the day. That seems the best dosage for my system.
L-theanine is the first l-thianine that i have found that works well (outside of a that of a compounding pharmacy) works better then pharmaceuticals and much much safer. Everyone is different and responds uniquely to any supplement.

Taurine makes me a tad drowsy so i only take i at night. Relaxes me at bedtime. This 500mg dose affords me more options for my total daily dosage.
