These capsules are easy to *, even for someone - like me - with a narrow * and a tendency to panic as soon as i pop a pill or capsule into my mouth. I take it first thing along with my caffeinated bcaas that contain 80mgs of caffeine.
It’s safe to say that this natural supplement is worth every penny. Needless to say, for $20, this is absolutely worth a try. Would definitely recommend.

L-citrulline and malic acid are the same. There's no reason a bulk supplement like this should contain proprietary blends. No noticeable improvement in bedroom performance.

The 2-star rating is specifically for the chunks of something inside the powder. It breaks apart like chalk(i'm not claiming that it is chalk). Smells kind of like chalk.
