Pros1

Gives an awesome pump in the gym if you are a weight lifter and it doesn't make you feel jittery like preworkout supplements do. Makes you feel like your muscles are responding to your workout.

Cons1

L-citrulline doesn't seem to work-no noticeable effects. What type of bizarre quality control exists at the packaging facility? Will just recycle container.

Will not repurchase this brand again. It does nothing at all. None, nada, zip.

In description it only has the main ingredient l-theanine, gelatin and rice flower. When product arrived, it says it also contains magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.
