The flavor isn't as bad as some as some unflavored bcaa. Mix this with 1 teaspoon of melted coconut oil and one drop of flavored stevia. It mixes well for me and i can't even tell you how it tastes.

Very pleased with the product. This product meets all my expectations.

Best way for me is to spoon it straight into my mouth and * water. My only gripe is that there is no scooper so you have to measure the two teaspoons yourself.

If you really want bcaa, my recommendation is to settle for the naturally occurring amount in whey protein shakes. Tablet form is much more worth it.

The box lacks transparency in terms of possible adverse side effects. Even though they say it is made in the usa, i wonder if some of the ingredients were imported from china. There are others that are not including the ingredient.
