Jp1 helps with muscle fatigue during and immediately after the workout. Also increases endurance and reduces soreness the following day. Recovery and reps sessions are graeatly improved, please note the side effect warning on the bottle.
Pills are regular sized, maybe a little on the slightly bigger size. Just as good if not better than any beta-alanine out there. Work your way up to 2-3 grams pre-workout.
I enjoy the prickly, niacin like feeling it causes when it gets into your system. This gives just the right tingle for my workout. Keeps the muscles buffering & carnosine levels raised.
Buyer beware, there may be something wrong with the ingredients on this one. I think the problem here for some, like me, is dosage. A much smaller dose may be more than sufficient.
