Both of us take organic brahmi powder bacopa monnieri. She in a mix of yogurt and me in the #1 capsule. Bacopa is an ornamental shrub in india. I use this occasionally instead of otc laxatives.

The price is really good, and the only thing i dislike is the lack of guidance or instructions on dosage. Came as described in a sealed bag.
