Last ingredient listed is licorice root which is bad for heart health. No floral notes. Def not for me.

It dissolves just fine in filtered water from the fridge. It takes a bit of stirring, but it'll eventually all dissolve. Add all of the above to a blender and blend with 1/2 to 1 cup of ice.

No more cramping. The taste isn't great, but it blends very well. I workout often and find myself getting muscle cramps alot.
