This is still the best brewer's yeast brand i ever tried. Bought this to make lactation cookies and my recipe called for 1/4 cup of brewers yeast. I prefer brewers yeast to any other super foods or vitamin pills from some foreign land.

I’m cheap so that bums me out. More like embittered! Do not waste your money on this. This is unpalatable.

Check the ingredients -- compare with others. That stops me up pretty qwk. Then, this supplement helps a lot.
