It tastes awful. I don't suggest adding it to anything to try and dilute the taste. It just taints whatever you add it to.

Now foods prostate formula works. Pill is a little big. Product seems to help control my minor bladder issues.

Less urination urges. It's great not having my sleep interrupted. Used to go to the restroom three to four times a night but it has been reduced to once per night.
