Echinacea & goldenseal root helps relieve a milk intolerance issue. I believe it was the herbs helping my body heal. Herbal product, used for wellness.

Within 48 hours i was cured. This stuff is great for colds. Saves me from cold and flu season.

Getting severe headaches after every tablet.

It's as though it reduced (practically erased) not only my cravings, but my compulsion. Took two more at lunchtime and still no craving. My hubby says it helps him not to crave alcohol that much.
