The perforated pizza pans makes for a crispier dough. These fall somewhere in between the two in terms of how crispy the crust turns out. Works well, and allows pizza crust to develop a crispy bottom/edge.
The heavy weight ensures that they will be very resistant to warping and the batter will cook evenly. These are absolutely the most sturdy pans i’ve ever purchased & on sale for $7!
The construction seems sturdy. It is very durable. This is not flimsy!
Every time it is washed, the edges retain a reservoir of rusty water. It's impossible to properly dry it since the crimping is too tight. Water got stuck under the rim.
