These just stick on the bottom and gripped my laminate floor like a champ. We have hardwood floors and our modular couch would slide all the time with our dogs jumping on and off.

Did it with a box cutter and worked great. Adhesive is very strong and holds well. Easy to cut to size and very sticky and secure.

These leave a yellow mark on hardwood floors. Simply rub it off with a pink school eraser. They work somewhat; the mat definitely slips less, but it still slips.

These aren't great for sofas or recliner. They are completely ineffective because they deteriorate so quickly. Do not waste your time.

The plastic of the pads peels off and sticks to the floor. After much force is applied, the felt center of the sticker rips off. Low and behold this product slips, does not stay on.
