This is smaller than your phone and far less breakable if dropped in the dark. Tiny enough to tuck in a bedside drawer or on a key fob for easy access during an emergency. Perfect for when you need some light in a pinch.

The build quality is quite good, and i have no doubt it is durable. The copper finish is very nice. Even the twist motion is fairly smooth, not very gritty.

Makes this a good buy as a spare flashlight. My only complaint is that i wish it was a rechargeable flashlight. The dual capacity from blacklight to regular light works just as i might imagine it would.

The uv mode is what sets this flashlight apart from the rest. It also has a flashing light function, and a blacklight function. Operation is done using the button on the back of the flashlight, as is typical.

The flashlight beam is bright and powerful. It shines out to about 75 yards well. This light is very bright and was made it easy to track the glowing dye i added to the oil.

I am also always on the lookout for uranium glass and the black light addition is a huge bonus for me.

It talks about being rechargeable. Oh, and that has an external charger as this flashlight has no built-in charger.
