The 14 size is perfect, easy to store, and can focus on muscles with no problem. The handles definitely seem durable as well. There is nothing defective of note either. This is a pretty decent roller for the price.
This is an ineffective device that is no more than plastic rings on a wooden stick. It's not bendable at all, very little, slight bend. Because of it's rigidity, i find it not very useful.
The tool is well made and feels durable. It's amazing to see how such a simplistic item works so well. Worth the cost and durable. Watching videos on line on how to use it properly and effectively.
