Holy basil pulls me out of a funk or depression. Only downside is this brand is super expensive compared to others. I recommend this herb to anyone who doesn't want to take a prescribed stress reliever.

Works great as a sedative. I feel my body relax quickly and amp; my nerves & mind.

Karen hurd ms, and unique hammond are great resources online. Kind of annoying to have to be so diligent, but worth it. Love this one.

The batch that we just received seems to be a weaker version. It's chunky and cloudy and it smells. I am gluten free and cannot take extract as it would make me very sick.
