Holy basil pulls me out of a funk or depression. Only downside is this brand is super expensive compared to others. I recommend this herb to anyone who doesn't want to take a prescribed stress reliever.
Skullcap is a wonderful nervine. It tastes okay, decent enough that i take it directly from the dropper. It is especially potent but doesn't taste like dirt.
It’s chunky and cloudy. I am gluten free and cannot take extract as it would make me very sick.
