Holy basil pulls me out of a funk or depression. Only downside is this brand is super expensive compared to others. I recommend this herb to anyone who doesn't want to take a prescribed stress reliever.

Skullcap seems to really relax the nerve and give me relief so i can sleep. I feel my body relax quickly and amp; my nerves & mind. Use for calming nerve pain. Herv for anxiety.

I am gluten free and cannot take extract as it would make me very sick. It is irresponsible and dangerous to sell herbs and supplements if you don't know the product. The batch that we just received seems to be a weaker version.
