Caster wheels roll perfectly on my cement patio. Locking wheels make it stationary when needed, mobile when necessary. Only one issue is the screws. There are a lot of screws if you want them secured well.

Put these little casters on a small nightstand. They're quite sturdy and well built. Sturdy, inexpensive and low profile.

Easy to install, sturdy and lockable, too. Buen material aun no las utilizo pero se miran buena calidad.
