Full spectrum and timer features are great, and the flexible heads allow me to light a spread of plants in my windowsill area with no issue. Arrives in perfect condition.

The results of this product will show after 3 months of usage. The only individual color you can turn on is white. Also beware, the plug get really hot!

One downside is that the gooseneck isn't as sturdy as it could be. The clamp is very strong. It has to be positioned so it’s gripping sideways or pointed down.

The lights are very bright in my small hallway. During the day it is not too overpowering as long as you don’t have the bulbs pointed directly outward near where you usually sit.

These are actual grow lights unlike most cheap clip ons on amazon. Can't imagine recommending anything else for houseplants or windowsill plants. Kudos to kudo for standing behind their products.

not enough for growing vegetables indoors to maturity. maybe enough for microgreens - a little weak. Also the flexible arms do not hold their position at all, they sag heavily.
