The only negative is that the capsules taste horrible. My hair has become more silky and shiny since i started taking it. Works great for period but take with food. Easy to * capsule.

If a legit compress is unavailable i would suggest trying anything hot and placing it in that area for the first few days postpartum. There was not a hint of relief, as i was brought to tears by the pain.
