It's as though it reduced (practically erased) not only my cravings, but my compulsion. Took two more at lunchtime and still no craving. My hubby says it helps him not to crave alcohol that much.

Best all natural muscle pain reliever. I also have leaky gut and this herb is good for that also. Japanese kakkon-toh contains some other ingredients but this product works same.

Plum flower's he shou wu is made incorrectly and therefore is useless. This one by plum flower is garbage.
