I take fenugreek as a digestive aid, but this bottle is heading to the landfill. It can negatively impact milk supply. For a mom who is only breastfeeding and not supplementing this is devastating. Do yourself a favor and find a different brand.

The taste is not great but tolerable. These are garbage and they smell carcinogenic - like pure plastic.

Burdock root is an interesting flavour. The flavor is neither bitter or sweet and the scent and freshness is always the same. Nice 1lb bag of fresh burdock root.

Burdock helps fight the mucus in your body, mucus within your body causes cancer. Helps you drop pounds (your diet effects this btw lol), clears acne, and overall better. Don't have to visit the restroom every two hours.

Seams like the essence was stripped away! This product was not handled with care. No flavor, extremely weak as if all the nutrients had already been extracted.
