I am so happy that i ordered these and would highly recommend these to anyone who has these same problems. New packaging looks much better too! It keeps you regular. Within 12 hours.

I have ibs-c, but it should be working at this point. I am up to 10 capsules after dinner and still nothing is moving. It includes hay or something else that gives me terrible spasms.

Ymmv, but there’s a definite change for the better when taking this regularly. Good flow and no pee calls at night. When i *, my * volume seems to be greater.

Advertised as 100 ct. Needed to exceed the daily dosage by a large amount to get the desired effects.
