I am so happy that i ordered these and would highly recommend these to anyone who has these same problems. New packaging looks much better too! It keeps you regular. Within 12 hours.
I have ibs-c, but it should be working at this point. I am up to 10 capsules after dinner and still nothing is moving. It includes hay or something else that gives me terrible spasms.
One reviewer says it's because you are not taking enough. It seems to work better than taking all of these ingredients and putting them in a supplement.
