I am so happy that i ordered these and would highly recommend these to anyone who has these same problems. New packaging looks much better too! It keeps you regular. Within 12 hours.

I have ibs-c, but it should be working at this point. I am up to 10 capsules after dinner and still nothing is moving. It includes hay or something else that gives me terrible spasms.

The situation remains the same but my inner response is different. It does all the things that are claimed.

For me it's not worth the vertigo to continue taking it. Cause was determined to be this medication.
