The only downside to this product (and all melatonin products) for me is that it will not keep me asleep all night long. But they work fast with sublingual!

They taste almost moldy or rotten, no strawberry flavor, and they wouldn't dissolve like normal. It's like buying a half fill bag of potato chips but worse.
