Very well built, sturdy legs, and after a full summer of use, no warping or breaking of any kind. Replacement excellent. The rotating plate is great! Couldn't be more satisfied with this product.

Only downside is the pellet hopper is very basic. It's portable but i have not moved it. The motorized pizza stone is really a game changer.

Use it to gauge the temperature of the stone during preheating. Heat it up with the door closed and the smoke stack vent wide open. Just remove and slide onto the other peal and right back in.

Like all grilling techniques, it takes practice and is extremely satisfying when it all comes together. This grill is amazing, my issue, and i’m a pretty regular reviewer is.

The stone really bakes the crust up nicely, better than anything else i've used. My pizza crust is now crispy, and i would rather have 3 of these for the money than any one more expensive stone.

This pizza stone fits wonderfully into our breville smart oven pro. I happen to have a propane pizza oven as well that can get pretty hot. Also use a sprinkle of corn meal. Takes a little longer then the oven, but well worth the extra 5 minutes.

The material that this is made out of has some kind of chemical leaching from it. It almost seemed like they seasoned it with old used oil. Cherry on top that it cannot be washed with any kind of detergent.

The pizza cutter is awful. Don't even bother with it. You get what you pay for and i opted for this cheapo rather than fork out $45 to replace my pampered chef stone that broke after 20 years. Cheapo.

The metal holder is useless since an oven mitt cannot fit in between it. It smokes like it's going to burst into flames at 300 degrees.
