Amla is a high powered antioxidant. This product seems to be strengthening my teeth, hair, and skin which is a godsend after suffering from lyme for years. Now i normally know evey year i can expect to catch whatever flue are going around.

Dark, tarry, bitter and difficult to dissolve. Seems like 30% real power was mixed with other cheap brown powder.

Easy to * capsule. I take 300mg of dim daily (one of these capsules + i take a healthy skin packet which includes an additional 150 mg of d im) i take this product with other subsequent suplements, it's great!
