This coating is super no stick but yet browns your foods better than the no stick teflon. The non-stick finish is the real deal.
These things are incredibly easy to clean out, something i wasn't expecting. I would note that i only use non-metal utensils with it to avoid messing up the coating.
Thickness allows things to heat/boil quickly- without scorching and pan heats evenly with a base that fits nicely on both a smaller/larger sz. They heat up fast and clea up is a breeze.
I cook hot cereal every morning and it never scorches. I let it cool completely before pouring out the oil and washing it. The sole drawback is i have to be careful of turning up the heat because of how easily it heats up.
It's enough to fit a half batch of curry or a small pot of soup. Very large for my husband's daily oatmeal lol.
For what you i paid, these are not deal breakers for me. I have to screw it back after every use to make sure the cover handle doesn't come off.

While non-stick means they'll never be heirloom pans they are fantastic in the meantime. I rarely have to use a non stick spray now, because these pans appear to be coated with a medical slippery elixer which prevents this from sticking.
Love the groves for pouring and the cool-to-touch silicone handle. The little pour spout is nice, too.
Description says 2 quart but markings on inside go to 1-1/2 qt. Eggs were stick even worse, having to peal it off the bottom a bit. My other 2 qt saucepans are much bigger.
