If its defective? If its working right? The g502 makes no sense to me. This is supposed to have a two year warranty. Usually not when it's brand new.

Installation returns “error parsing 0x80004005. Scanned for virus. Firewall on / off. Turned off computer. Try logging back on the computer, hmmm. Tried a different usb port.

New software they offer, g hub, is bloatware that is hellbent on getting you to create an account or register your devices. It's safe to say i will never purchase another logitech product again.
