Small cup is large enough to grind enough beans for a few days. I'm using it for nuts, spices and eggshell - not coffee beans. Don't know how fine a coffee drinker would want their coffee beans ground, so you should now it grinds rather fine.

This is the quietest grinder i've ever had. It is a tad noisy, but not overbearing. Has a stainless steel bowl with stainless steel blades.

One batch is enough for a reusable k-cup. Love the ability to grind from coarse to very fine. Works great good for medium grind.

Compared to other brands, this hamilton beach grinder performs amazing and at a lower volume during operation. I like that the cord wraps around the base and hides inside. This hamilton beach is inexpensive and makes my days more pleasant.

It's by far the quietest grinder i've ever seen. The blades are powerful and the lid cover manages the noise very well. The blade is not removable, but it is not bad to maneuver around.

The cord materials wasn't designed to handle daily use/wrapping. Over repeated use, that causes a crack in the rubber plastic that protects the wiring. Hb refuses all warranty claims unless item is bought directly from hamilton beach.

They’re all probably roughly the same, but this one is junk, at least the one they mailed me.

Some mechanism inside the machine seems misaligned. Also, the powder gets into the edge of grinder and it is hard to clean. When you start the grinder, you’ll get a flash and a loud the machine is now dead.
