None of the ingredients should contain milk. I'm lactose it doesn't mention milk in the add! Chunks of white residue that was settled in the bottom. The stuff is muddy brown like it has dirt in it.

Another product for the tried and doesn't work trash heap. Slept 2 hrs and woke having weird dreams and sick stomache. I definitely have some degree of insomnia.
